LockBridge
OpenTheDoors Lock Bridge is a software application that bridges the gap between a server and an OpenTheDoors Desktop session.
For example, you can connect your OpenTheDoors desktop to a remote server, which will give it specific session instructions. This can include all url parameters, including preloaded plugins.
the user can then connect to his remote session or to a local (off-server) session.
to install this service, run the following commands :
var
plugin
/service/lockbridge.otd
the service will be installed as normal, but for security reasons some desktop functions will be restricted.
you can now use the service by connecting a websocket server.
in the lock screen, use the "Server" button to connect to the server.
in the event of server failure or loss of connection, the lock screen may close or hide, in which case you will see the active service window.
simply click on the eye in the bottom right-hand corner to redisplay the lock screen.
This software is very useful because it can unlock any OpenTheDoors session, even on a local network or on the computer's hard disk, without going through the network.
If Lock Bridge is not installed, you won't be able to unlock the session, as commands are not executed as administrator but as standard user.
